A little about who we all are.....
Paul
After 30 years experience in the hotel and restaurant business,
Paul sold his own restaurant and joined the Atlantico in 2003,
initially to assist in
the running of the restaurant. However, His culinary prowess could not be ignored and
he soon took over the exceptional kitchen you find today. No matter how busy the restaurant is Paul will always find time to escape
from the kitchen ( despite Fernando's efforts to keep him locked in )
to say hello to the guests and ensure your meal exceeded your
expectations.
Joanna
Continuing to run the restaurant after the previous owner ( Jos ) passed away
in 2002, she is the inspirational coach behind the restaurant. Joanna is the 'maître d' always with a warm welcome for our guests. Joanna also assists the 'boys' during the busy season (June to October).
Joanna also takes care of the restaurant administration and if that
was not enough also the two children Tomas and Marc!

Fernando
For the last six years he has ensured the restaurant is kept in tip top condition. He also manages the reservations. More importantly
Fernando will make sure your evening runs perfectly.
Abilio (Obi)
Has been assisting Fernando for the past three years
in making sure you have a wonderful evening and is very much a part of the 'family'
Mariya
Has been a valuable assistant
to Paul, in the food preparation for the last
five years. You may not see her, but if you do make sure you say
hello.
Euginia
Has the most underrated role of keeping the kitchen spic and span and is responsible for keeping all the
glasses, crockery and cutlery sparkling.
